Rabobank heeft de tenaamstelling van rekeningen van (sport- en andere) verenigingen zonder ons te informeren aangepast \u2014 bijvoorbeeld dat je op je bankafschrift ziet \u201cAlkmaarsche Roei- en Zeilvereniging, Zeil- en motorbootafdeling VEVR\u201d in plaats van alleen \u201cAlkmaarsche Roei- en Zeilvereniging, Zeil- en motorbootafdeling\u201d \u2014 omdat de bank de juridische rechtsvorm van de vereniging expliciet laat opnemen in de naam.<\/div>\n

Wat betekent de toevoeging zoals VEVR?<\/div>\n
    \n
  • \u2022VEVR staat voor Vereniging met Volledige Rechtsbevoegdheid. \u00a0Dit is de offici\u00eble juridische status van de vereniging zoals die bij de Kamer van Koophandel (KvK) geregistreerd staat.<\/li>\n
  • Banken verwerken deze rechtsvorm sinds kort ook zichtbaar in de tenaamstelling om te laten zien wat de formele rechtsvorm is \u2014 net zoals je bij bedrijven vaak ziet dat er een BV, NV of VZW staat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Waarom doet Rabobank dit?<\/div>\n
      \n
    • Het is een administratieve\/juridische verduidelijking: de bank wil dat uit de tenaamstelling duidelijk blijkt wat de wettelijke status van de organisatie is.<\/li>\n
    • Dit helpt bij herkenning en transparantie voor klanten en betaalpartners: iedereen ziet op het bankafschrift namelijk precies om wat voor soort organisatie het gaat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Wat verandert er praktisch?<\/div>\n
        \n
      • Niks inhoudelijks: het rekeningnummer blijft hetzelfde, bestaande automatische incasso-machtigingen blijven geldig en de financi\u00eble afhandeling verandert niet door de naamwijziging.<\/li>\n
      • Het gaat alleen om de weergave van de naam op afschriften en bij betalingen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Kortom: Rabobank past de tenaamstelling aan om de offici\u00eble rechtsvorm van verenigingen beter weer te geven, waardoor het voor iedereen duidelijker is welke juridische entiteit er achter een rekeningnummer zit.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
